“La Nobile” is the new brand created by the long and knowledgeable family tradition of Borgo Carni MF to guarantee the excellence/quality/goodness of the best, finest and most savoury / tastiest meats like those of the past, with the assurance of continuous checks throughout the supply chain.
The “La Nobile” brand represents a line of products all designed with the same meat, which is why it manages to / can guarantee a high continuity of quality standards. The combination of a genetic choice and a controlled and uniform diet creates a constant and guaranteed product, where each animal has the same characteristics, giving the meat “LA NOBILE” the right/perfect marbling and a delicate but intense flavor.
Behind the Brand “La Nobile” lies meticulous work that begins from afar with the continuous search for the best animals and the best raw materials, continues with the maturation in our plant in Tuscany and, then, followed by the selection processing to select only the best cuts such as: Florentine, Scottona/Bullock Ribeye and Cube Roll, Tomahawk, the Fillet Head, Picanha and Hamburger. We also prepare Bresaola and Carne Salada according to traditional recipes. All cuts are carefully prepared and packaged according to the customer’s needs: vacuum-packed, frozen, etc.
